I had a somewhat mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, close to Buzias and a lovely park. While the rooms were average and somewhat clean, they definitely could have smelled better. Service was a bit of a letdown as the staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult. The dining experience was poor, especially the breakfast, but the facilities were pretty decent overall.
